{REVIEW} FACE SHOP Pore Tightening Cooling Mist

{REVIEW} FACE SHOP Pore Tightening Cooling Mist

Im sure everyone has had that one time when they look in the mirror and suddenly see these huge pores………….. and I'm sure everyone has at least once said “where did that come from?!?!?!?!?” LOL. Well in High School this happened to me, after my bad “acne period”…. Mostly around my nose and cheeks ㅠㅠ. I tried ALL kinds of things from nose strips to Wonder Pore Fresheners. The nose strips did help to some point, they removed some blackheads, but they  made the pores enlarge….

So FINALLY I bought the Pore Tightening Cooling Mist from FACE Shop !!!!!!!

PRICE: $15.00 (Not too expensice :))

This is the original packaging it came in, it was sealed with a little sticker on the cap. The overall look is nice and somewhat cute. Its easy to carry around, but it is a bit big for makeup bags and such.

  •  150 ml / 50 fl. oz
  •  Tightens Pores
  •  Refreshes skin and leaves a powdery finish

Instructions:

DO NOT SHAKE ( Some containers tell you to shake before use, but do NOT shake this container).

1. Cleanse and Dry face (Can be done after make-up)
2. Hold the container about 15 - 20 cm away from face (like half a arm length away) and spray across the face.

The application is easy to spray, and not one of those spray pumps, but like a continuous spray mist, all you have to do is hold it down once and spray.

My Sincere Opinion XD

I LIKE It <3 hehe

The mist itself is really refreshing, and smells like a flower perfume. This mist does contain a bit of alcohol, so if you have really really really sensitive skin it will sting a little (Therefore i don't recommend  this for people with highly sensitive skin).

Its refreshing and does not leave a sticky and oily finish, like some mists (Im really sensitive to stickiness and oiliness and cant stand even a little bit of it). But this mist leaves the skin moisturized and a “powdery finish” so it doesn't feel sticky or oily. Another good thing about this is you can use it before AND after makeup!!!

RESULTS

Warning: Ew-ness ahead, if dont want to see pores….dont look…. i advise you to skip and turn back

Before (June 10th):

As you can see there are visible pores ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ ……
and my skin is red. The “pores” are spread all over the area.

After (June 13th)

After three days of application the pores are still visible, but concentrated over a smaller area. There are not as many as before, which is good. Also the refreshing mist helped bring the redness around my cheeks down, which is also another plus. My skin is not as red as before and the pores are not as widespread.

Even after a one-time application I felt really good. The mist was highly refreshing, and i did notice a bit of decrease in pore size. Also helped calm down the redness. Overall I recommend that you buy this if you have the same problems as me, especially for the price i bought it at. With this price and the results i got i felt that it did the job, and i had not wasted my money.

The product alone will not make your pores disappear, this product is just to “reduce” your pores. You will need to put in the extra effort of cleansing your face really well; if you want to see better results. I find the Clarisonic Aria 3 does a excellent job at deep cleansing.

BUY IT <3

  1. Which one comes first, cooling mist or all in one serum? Thanks!

    1. Hi! The all in one serum is the skin + lotion + essence all in one so you can use it first and then spray the mist. The mist can be sprayed anytime even with makeup. But both products have the same effect. If you are using the serum there's a recommended set. 1. Use the blackhead strip first 2. Then the serum. 3. Then finally the pore tightening cover cream. Hope that helps :)
